GIFTWRAPPING
At Cake and Catwalk we love to send you something special. We individually wrap your item in tissue paper, placed in a cellophane bag, finished with ribbon. Whether it is for that special someone or you just want to treat yourself. We charge £1 per item for this service.

DELIVERY
Your custom is important to us and we aim to deliver your Cake and Catwalk item within two to three working days, subject to availability. Please note that your items will only be dispatched once payment has been approved.
Cake and Catwalk uses Royal Mail Delivery services for deliveries within the UK, Europe and USA. Note that if you require a Special Delivery for Europe or the States please contact us.

DELIVERY CHARGES:
UK Standard Delivery: £2.0o
UK: Special Delivery £5.50 (next working day delivery if ordered before 12pm)
EUROPE: International Signed for £7.50 (Four to seven day delivery)
USA: Airsure: £8.50 (Four to seven day delivery)

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your item, please return within 14 days of delivery date, unused and undamaged. We will credit your account for the full price of item and initial delivery charge.
Where possible we will exchange damaged items for new at no extra charge. If your item is damaged, returns must be made within 14 days with full proof of receipt. Prior to returning goods, please contact us via email on info@cakeandcatwalk.co.uk stating your reason for return.

CANCELLATIONS
If you have ordered items from us, but then simply decide that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded. We will provide you with a full refund within 30 days, provided that (a) the goods have not been in your possession for more than 7 Working Days, and (b) you tell us in writing (Via Email) that you wish to cancel your order. If you cancel within 24hours of placing your order, we will aim to credit your account as soon as we receive your cancellation email.
